Clay Hair Mask For Oily Hair
If you have oily hair, clay hair mask is a great natural option.

I particularly like fullers earth or multani mitti for greasy hair. This wonderful clay is very effective at absorbing excess oils and impurities from your scalp, leaving it clean and revitalized.

The addition of lime peel powder gives shine and softness to your hair and may help with dandruff. Here’s how to make this simple and effective clay mask…

Clay Hair Mask For Oily Hair
4 tablespoon multani mitti or fullers earth
1 tablespoon lime peel powder (you can also use orange peel powder)
water to make a smooth paste
Optional add-ins

1 tablespoon licorice powder (optional, helps with hair loss)
1 – 2 tablespoon shikakai powder (optional, adds volume and balances oil production)
Mix all the ingredients together until you have a smooth paste.

Apply the mixture into your scalp and hair. Put on a shower cap or cover your hair using a thin cloth (like muslin) and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse well with warm water.

Tip: Use this mask once a week or once every two-week to balance your scalp oils.
